RETURN, REPLACEMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Upon delivery:

Item should be checked with the rider to make sure that the item arrived in perfect condition. Return and/or replacement will only be acknowledged if item is mismatched, broken upon delivery, factory defect, and PROVEN within 72 hours upon delivery and are unused. Please understand that item is fragile by nature and the shipping process might cause unintentional minor effects. 

1.   Packages illegible for returns and replacements:

  • WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE 
    • Only FACTORY DEFECTS are covered.         
    • Wrong Items Received       
    • Item Mismatched       
    • Incomplete Package Parts 
  • PACKAGING MATERIALS INTACT
    • Shades with sticker      
    • Leatherette Keeper™       
    • Safehouse (White box)      
    • Shadies™ and Keeper™ black sleeves  
    • Hangtags 
    • Micro fiber eye wear wiper 
    • Magazine and Sleeve 
  •  UNUSED PRODUCT
    • Standard wear -and-tear issues are not covered by our return  policy. 
  •  THE LENSES HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED WITH GRADED LENSES ETC 
    • Please understand that we are not in control of how third party optical shops operate their standard lens replacement procedure.

2.    Procedure of Returns/Replacing the Products

a.   To make the procedure faster and more convenient, fill-up our incident report form here:

 Once your return/replacement request has been approved, you will then receive the procedures on how to return the items safely .

b.   Please give us 3-5 working days to further investigate your concern and to let you know our decision regarding your case.

c.  The company has the sole discretion whether or not your replacement will be granted. Rest assured that we are very much willing to attend to your needs if the circumstances will allow us to.

d.  Eye Know Right will shoulder the returns shipping costs for the return/replacement if:

    • The item was severely damaged upon receipt 
    • Wrong item received 
    • Incomplete package parts

If the customer just had a change of mind, the customer will shoulder the shipping cost of his 2nd package to and from the Philippines.

e.  Once we received the package that you returned, we will gladly and immediately send the replacement once all due is settled.

f.  Whoever shoulders the shipping costs will be the one responsible for the risk and success of the package to return to us and vv.  Do not worry, as much as we can, we always aim for customer satisfaction. We are the easiest to talk to, given that you are too. We are all happy people here!
